P10DS includes a buffer chamber with internal cooling core, lower buffer chamber, SuperSafe lid (with attached power supply leads), blocking plate, four blank and four notched glass plates. It also includes two 15-well 1.5mm thick combs, two 20-well 1.5mm thick combs, 1.5mm thick spacer set and spacer placer.
