Broadband Calibrated Noise
Standards are portable, hand-
held "test tools" designed for
use in the lab or in the field
as part of the Automated Test
Environment (ATE). They are
compatible with noise figure
meters and can be used to
test a wide range of parame-
ters. Broadband Calibrated
Noise Standards are also
designed to provide an inter-
nal calibration function in
microwave equipment and
systems.
